The location of the park is ideal, just out of the busy city center and close to the shops. It's perfect for families who have been coming to the park for almost thirty years for relaxing holidays. it's convenient for those who want to attend concerts in the area, like the Jimmy Barnes concert, as it's only a short distance away.

Some campers have complained about the poor customer service and rude staff at the park.

Had a great time during Christmas break at this hotel. The camp kitchen is awesome, clean and stocked with helpful appliances like toaster and microwave. , the toilets and showers were well maintained, and there was always plenty of hot running water. The pool area was a big hit with our family, very clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area with many fun activities nearby.

While the staff was generally friendly, some of them were not as helpful as they could have been. the maintenance of the cabins could have been better with leaking roofs and overgrown grass.

The park had friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The ablutions were clean and well maintained. The park also offered free wifi and the option for paid unlimited wifi per day. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and tourist attractions.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Some of the permanent residents did not take care of their vans, giving the park a less appealing appearance.
